Personal data processed

When you complete the quote form we process your name, phone number, e-mail address if given, the location of the plot or building, and whatever you write in your message. If you reach us by phone or WhatsApp, we process your number and the content of the conversation.

Purpose

Your data is used only to assess your request, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and run the contract process. We do not send bulk marketing messages.

Legal basis

Processing is based on Art. 5/2-(c) — directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract — and Art. 5/2-(f) — the legitimate interest of the data controller.

Transfers

Where the work requires it, your data may be shared with the project author, structural engineering offices and the partners we build with, and with public authorities where legally required. It is not shared with anyone else and never sold.

The map on this site does not load until you press “Load the map”. Once loaded, a connection to Google is established and Google’s own policies apply.

Retention

Requests that stay at quote stage are kept for at most 2 years; where a contract is signed, data is kept for the statutory limitation periods, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object to processing. Send requests to the contact details above; we respond within 30 days.
